Future Members
How can I try out?
Our club allows you to come for trials 3 times free of charge, after that then you can decide whether you want to become a member of our club.
We currently use an application called Takeactive for booking a slot, you can download it and find our group “VFB KIEFHOLZ – VOLLEYBALL”. Dont forget to add your email and whatsapp phone number to your takeactive profile and when you request to join the group, leave a brief message explaining your volleyball experience and someone will let you in.
How can I become a member of the club?
After your 3 free trials have expired you can either submit your application via the “Join Today” button on the top of this page or contact the Head of Volleyball in order to find an alternative way.
Membership Fee
Currently our membership fee is 7eur per month. There is a reduction fee for students/unemployed members which is 5eur per month. Additional documentation is required for the reduction fee.
Important: the fee is most likely to increase soon, more information to follow.
I do not have a bank account, What can I do?
Yes, that is possible theoretically. In this case we accept yearly payment, or in the first year for the remaining month. Everybody, who wants to pay this way, please write or speak with the president or with the club treasurer.
Existing Members
Termination
If you want to terminate your membership or have to because of change of living place, job, family reasons, injuries, or whatsoever, you just declare this wish. Every reasonable method is fine, and we do not have formal requirements. Sending an email to info@badminton-treptow.de or phone call to 030-7875669 is more than enough.
You may cancel the membership every quarter, with a notice period of 1 month. For example, if you want to leave the club by end of December, please send us your message until End of November. If you wish to terminate at 30.6., please send the message or declare this until 31.5. Already paid membership fees will not be refunded.
